InvoiceSorter only temporarily reads your emails to extract invoice metadata (vendor name, amount, date, invoice number). Exports go directly to your own Google Drive, Sheets, or QuickBooks. You can delete all data from our system at any time.

Is InvoiceSorter safe to use?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard AES-256 encryption. We only request minimum Gmail permissions (read-only) — we never modify, delete, or send emails. Authentication is handled entirely through Google's secure OAuth 2.0 flow.
